Richard Harris

Owner/Partner

Richard is an owner/partner of Centers, Harris and Associates LLC. Richard graduated from Chico State and since 1974 has been a licensed Pest Control Advisor in the State of California. In addition to interacting with clients and vendors, Richard oversees vendor and manufacturer relationships and monitors market trends. He also directly supervises and manages the work of the Head Purchasing Agent, Office Administrator and Customer Service Specialist. | Contact

Jim Harris

Head Purchasing Agent

Jim serves as the Head Purchasing Agent for Centers and Harris coordinating business activities and monitoring market trends. Jim interacts with Centers and Harris customers on a daily basis working to ensure quality and consistency in the delivery of our services. Jim is a graduate of Oregon State University and is preparing to take the Pest Control Advisor license exam for the State of California in fall 2010. | Contact

Clara Church

Customer Service Specialist

Clara is typically the first point-of-contact for customers contacting Centers and Harris. Clara takes and processes customer orders and follows through to confirm products are received. She also manages permits, maintains pricing information in the Centers and Harris database, among other responsibilities. Clara is a graduate of Humboldt State University. | Contact

Nancy Stone

Office Administrator

As Office Administrator, Nancy is responsible for ensuring office operations are running smoothly and employees have the support they need to accomplish their objectives. This includes coordinating business activities and ensuring the utilization and integration of current office technologies. | Contact

Ed Centers

Ed is an owner/partner of Centers, Harris and Associates LLC. Ed graduated from Butte College and attended Chico State. Since 1976, Ed has been licensed as a Pest Control Advisor in the State of California. On a daily basis, Ed works hand-in-hand with our vendors and clients out in the field and directly supervises and manages the work of the Sales and Marketing Representatives. | Contact

Tom Harris

Sales & Marketing Representative

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, Tom is responsible for sales and service activities and support of specific accounts. Tom develops and maintains current product knowledge and presents company services to current and potential customers. Tom graduated from Linn Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon and is working towards his Pest Control Advisor license for California. Tom’s regional assignments include Northern California, Oregon, Nevada and Washington. | Contact

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, John is responsible for sales and service activities and support of specific accounts. John develops and maintains current product knowledge and presents company services to current and potential customers. John attends Yuba Community College in Marysville, California and is currently working towards his Pest Control Advisor license for California.
